- Baguette
- 3 tablespoons Fustini’s Medium SELECT olive oil
- Kosher salt
- 2 onions, sliced thin
- 1 tablespoon 18 Year balsamic
- 4 oz triple creme brie
- 4 oz goat cheese
- 1 tablespoon Fustini’s Parmesan spice blend
- 1 tomato halved & sliced thin
- Parmesan cheese
- Chopped fresh parsley

- In a medium saucepan heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Cook sliced onions for 15-20 minutes on low until caramelized. Add balsamic to deglaze the pan.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Slice baguette and place in a single layer on a baking sheet. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake for 10 minutes until lightly toasted.
- Meanwhile, mix brie, goat cheese, and seasoning in a medium bowl until combined. When baguette slices are almost done, spread each slice with cheese mixture. Place back in the oven and cook for 2-3 minutes until cheese melts.
- Before serving, top cheese with caramelized onions and a slice of tomato. Garnish with grated parmesan cheese and parsley.
