Ingredients
- 1 10-ounce can of artichoke hearts, drained, sliced
- 1/2 cup Artichoke Parmesan Spread
- 8 ounces Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon Fustini's Parmesan Spice blend
- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced, reserve 1 tablespoon for garnish
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Fustini's Sicilian Lemon balsamic
- 1 cup penne pasta, cooked
- mozzarella cheese, grated

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine artichoke hearts, artichoke spread, cheese, spice blend and red pepper. In a small bowl, combine mayo and balsamic. Add to artichoke mixture and stir in cooked pasta. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish and top with mozzarella. Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through.
