Asian Orzo Salad

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound broccoli florets
- 1 (8 0z) package orzo, cooked, drained
- 1 cup water chestnuts, drained chopped
- 2 cups chicken, cooked, diced
- 3 scallions, finely chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/3 cup Fustini's Ginger and Honey balsamic
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1/3 cup Fustini's Delicate SELECT olive oil
- 4 tablespoons Fustini's Sesame oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- sesame seeds, garnish

Directions
- Steam broccoli until slightly crisp. Shock in ice water and drain well. In a large bowl combine broccoli, orzo, water chestnuts, chicken, scallions and red pepper. In a medium bowl whisk together balsamic, soy sauce, olive oil, Sesame oil, salt and pepper to taste. Pour over salad and toss to gently coat.
