Ingredients
- 8 oz wheel of Brie
- 2 tablespoons pepitas, walnuts, or pecans
- 2 tablespoons figs, chopped
- 2 tablespoons dried cranberries, chopped
- 3 tablespoons Harwood Fig and Maple Paste
- 1 tablespoon Fustini's Maple balsamic
- 1 teaspoon Iron Fish Bourbon Maple Syrup
- Baguette slices or crackers
Ingredients
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Place the unwrapped wheel of brie on a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet. In a small bowl, soften the fig jam in the microwave for about 15 seconds and then mix with the Maple balsamic vinegar. Combine all the figs, cranberries, and nuts with the jam/vinegar mixture and mound on top of the brie wheel. Pour the maple syrup in the center on top of the fruit and nut mixture.
- Place in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes until the brie is softened and begins to ooze. (In this case, the oozing is good.) Serve warm with slices of baguette or crackers.
