Beef and Broccoli Kebabs

A favorite dish, now served on a stick!
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons Harwood Gold Sriracha sauce

3 tablespoons Fustini's Ginger and Honey balsamic

1 tablespoon Fustini's Sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar

juice of 1 lime, plus more for garnish
- 1 tablespoon fresh ground ginger
- 1 lb. steak, cut into 1" cubes
- 2 cups broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 cup mini Bella mushrooms, stemmed

2 tablespoons Fustini's Persian Lime olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- green onion, cut on the bias, for garnish
- sesame seeds, for garnish
Directions
Preheat grill to medium-high. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, and ginger. Add steak and toss until coated. Let marinate in the fridge, at least 15 minutes and up to 2 hours.
In another bowl, toss broccoli florets and mushrooms with olive oil. Skewer steak, broccoli, and mushrooms and season with pepper. Grill, turning occasionally, until steak is medium, 8 minutes. Squeeze with lime, garnish with green onions, sesame seeds and serve.
