Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 5 cups berries (blueberries, cranberries, raspberries, strawberries)
- 2 teaspoons Fustini's West Michigan Blueberry balsamic
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine sugar, salt, cornstarch and lemon zest. Fold in berries, balsamic and gently stir to coat. Divide the fruit mixture between 4 ramekins.
- In a small bowl add oats, flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon and stir to combine. Cut the butter into the dry ingredients until the mixture becomes like coarse crumbs. Divide the crumb mixture over the fruit. Place ramekins on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes until the fruit is bubbly and the crumb topping is browned. Allow fruit to cool slightly before serving.
