BLT Chopped Salad

Ingredients
- 2 cups butter lettuce, chopped
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 2-3 Heirloom tomatoes, chopped
- 4 slices of thick-cut bacon, fried and crumbled
- 1 cup fresh sweet corn
- 1 avocado, chopped
- 4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons Fustini's Basil Crush olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Fustini's 18 Year balsamic
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- juice of 1/2 a lemon
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine lettuce, arugula, tomatoes, corn and avocado. In a small bowl whisk together salt, pepper, olive oil, balsamic, mayonaise and lemon juice. Toss in the salad to coat. Fold in bacon and feta before serving.
