Broccoli Soba Noodles

Ingredients
- 10 oz Soba noodles
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Fustini's Ginger and Honey balsamic
- 3 tablespoons Fustini’s Sesame oil
- Ground pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon Fustini’s Medium SELECT olive oil
- 2 cups green onions, cut into ¼ in pieces on a diagonal
- 1 cup broccoli, cut into florets
- ½ cup red pepper, julienne
- 1/2 cup green onions, minced
- 3 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon Farmstyle Sriracha for garnish

- Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the soba noodles for 4-5 minutes or until just tender. Drain and rinse well to remove any starch. In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, balsamic, sesame oil, and pepper.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the olive oil and chopped green onions. Cook for 1 minute, stirring continuously. Add the broccoli, red pepper and continue cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes. Add the soy sauce mixture and cook for additional 30 seconds. Add the noodles and toss until heated through. Add the remaining minced green onion and ½, of the sesame seeds. Serve warm and garnish with remaining sesame seeds.
