Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Fustini's Medium SELECT olive oil
- 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tablespoons Fustini's 12 Year White balsamic
- Kosher salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 1/4 cup beef broth
- 1 15-0z can tomato sauce
- 1 15-oz can of diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon Fustini's Tuscan Spice blend
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 1/2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- fresh chopped parsley, garnish

- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add onion and cook until soft, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute more. Add ground beef and cook until no longer pink, about 6 minutes. Drain fat and return to the pan. Add vinegar and scrape up bits of flavor from the bottom of the pan. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add tomato paste and stir to coat, then pour in the broth, tomato sauce and diced tomatoes. Season with Tuscan spice blend and paprika. Stir in macaroni. Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally until pasta is tender, about 15 minutes. Stir in cheeses and remove from heat. Garnish with parsley before serving.
Recipe Note
