Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Fustini's Tuscan Herb olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Fustini's Sicilian Lemon balsamic
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Fustini's Grilling Rub
- Kosher salt
- 2 Freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper, chopped into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped into bite-sized pieces
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

- In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic, garlic powder, and grilling seasoning and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Add bell peppers and chicken and, using tongs, toss until coated.
- Thread chicken and bell peppers onto skewers. Heat a large grill pan (or preheat an outdoor grill) over medium heat. Add skewers to grill pan and cook until chicken is cooked through and peppers are tender, 4 minutes per side. Remove from pan. Plate skewers and serve.
Recipe Note
Great for a summer picnic. Substitute your favorite herb-infused oil or vinegar. Adapted from delish.com
