Chillied Peanuts and Pumpkin Seeds

- 1 cup peanuts
- 1 cup shelled pumpkin seeds
- 2 teaspoons Fustini's Garlic olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Fustini's Chipotle olive oil
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 shallot, minced
- ¼ cup picked cilantro

Directions
- In a large bowl, toss peanuts and pumpkin seeds with garlic oil, chipotle oil, and chili powder. Pour nuts onto a sheet tray and bake in a 400°, oven until toasted and fragrant.
- Remove nuts to a bowl and let cool slightly before tossing with the shallot and cilantro and serving.
