Cilantro Lime Rice

Ingredients
- 1 cup long-grain or basmati rice
- 2 cups of water
- 3 tablespoons Fustini's Persian Lime olive oil, divided
- salt to taste
- 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped, reserve some for garnish
- 1 tablespoon Fustini's Jalapeno Lime balsamic

Directions
- Combine rice, water, 1 tablespoon of Persian Lime olive oil and salt in a medium saucepan and cook according to package directions. In a medium bowl, combine cilantro, Jalapeno Lime balsamic, cooked rice and remaining olive oil. Mix until completely combined.
