Coconut Lime Sorbet

Ingredients
- 15 oz can of coconut cream
- ¼ cup lime juice
- 1 tablespoon Fustini's Persian Lime olive oil
- ½ cup water
- 1 tablespoon Fustini's Coconut balsamic
- ½ cup honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime zest

Directions
- Combine all ingredients except zest in a bowl and whisk to combine. Pour mixture into the bowl of an ice cream machine and freeze according to machines directions. Scoop and top with lime zest.
