Creamy White Chicken Chili

This white chicken chili is all about minimal prep for maximum flavor. You won't want to skip this Fustini's favorite!

- 1 large white onion chopped
- 4 cloves of garlic minced finely

3 tablespoons Fustini's Chipotle olive oil
- 1- 48oz jar great northern beans (or 3 cans) drained and rinsed
- 3 cans chopped green chilis
- 1- 32oz box of chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne chili
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pre-cooked rotisserie chicken (meat only and shredded)
- 1 cup sour cream
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- chopped cilantro for garnish (optional)

Directions
Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil in a 6-quart stockpot over medium heat until onions are semi-translucent. Add beans, chilis, broth, and spices and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Add chicken and cook for another 10 minutes. Whisk milk and sour cream together. Remove chili from heat and stir in sour cream mixture. Finish with a drizzle of balsamic and garnish with cilantro (optional). Serve with cheddar cheese and tortilla chips.
