Ingredients
- seasonal fresh fish
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup fresh bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 roasted red pepper
- 1 clove garlic - minced
- 1 small shallot - minced
- 3 tablespoons Fustini’s 18 Year Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon wholegrain mustard
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup beet juice
- 3 tablespoons Horseradish Mustard
- juice of 1 lime
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Fustini’s Persian Lime olive oil
- salt and pepper
- juice and zest of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon Fustini’s Meyer Lemon olive oil
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- salt and pepper

Beet Horseradish Aioli
Lemon Aioli
Directions
- Mix together flour, bread crumbs and egg until smooth. Coat seafood then deep fry until crispy.
- Blend until smooth.
