Ingredients
- 12 Hawaiian dinner rolls, sliced horizontally
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 12-18 slices good deli ham
- 1 lb. pulled pork, shredded
- 12 slices swiss cheese
- Jar of sliced dill pickles, long sliced pickles work, as do dill chips
- 5 tablespoons Fustini's Butter olive oil
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- ¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
Ingredients
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Slice the dinner rolls in half horizontally, leaving the rolls together as one large group. Place the bottom in a 9x13 foil-lined pan and the top on the cutting board. Spread the top and bottom with the mayonnaise, and layer the ham and cheese on the bottom section of the rolls.
- In a small bowl, mix the Fustini's Butter olive oil, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and poppy seeds. Replace the top section of the rolls and pour the oil mixture evenly on top of the rolls and let soak for 10 minutes.
- Cover sliders with foil and bake for 10-15 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for another 2 &ndash, 3 minutes to brown the tops of the rolls. Remove from oven and put on a serving plate, best if served warm.
