Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sweetened coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon confectioners sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cara Cara Cream Vanilla balsamic
- 6 scoops vanilla ice cream
- Chocolate Syrup
- 3/4 cup half and half
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 1/3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions
- Whisk heavy cream 30 seconds. Add confectioners sugar and Fustini&rsquo,s Cara Cara Cream Vanilla Balsamic Vinegar and whisk till thick. Stack in-service glass or bowl and eat!
- Place half and half in a medium-size pot with the butter and bring to a boil. Place chocolate and vanilla in a heatproof bowl. Once the cream is boiling, remove from heat and pour over chocolate. Let sit two minutes then stir until smooth. Use immediately.
