El Diablo Chipotle Shrimp
Ingredients
- 3 cups El Diablo Beer
- 1 tablespoons Fustini’s Chipotle olive oil
- 1/2 cup chipotle seasoning
- 1 pound jumbo shrimp - shell on
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
- 4 tablespoons Horseradish Mustard
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 3 tablespoons Fustini’s 18 Year Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 chipotle in adobo
- 1 tablespoon Fustini’s Chipotle olive oil
- 1 -2 tablespoons chipotle seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Fustini’s Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar

Directions
- Place beer and oil I large pot and bring to boil over high heat. Once boiling, add seasoning and shrimp and cook until shrimp are just cooked through - 2 to 3 minutes. Drain and immediately serve with sauces.
- Mix ingredients to combine.
- Place all into blender and process until smooth.
