Ingredients
- 1 bunch of watercress, washed and large stems removed
- 1 cup orange supreme
- 1 cup hearts of palm, sliced thin
- 2 avocados, sliced
- toasted slivered almonds
- Citrus Vinaigrette (recipe below)
- 1 tablespoon Fustini's Sicilian Lemon balsamic
- 1 tablespoon Fustini's Grapefruit balsamic
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 1 tablespoon grapefruit juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon Fustini's Persian Lime olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Fustini's Blood Orange olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Fustini's Meyer Lemon olive oil

Directions
- To make the vinaigrette, place vinegar, juice, garlic, mustard, honey salt and pepper in bowl and whisk to combine. While whisking, slowly add the three oils to emulsify.
- Place watercress on service plates and garnish with orange, hearts of palm, avocado and almonds and serve citrus vinaigrette alongside.
