Ingredients
- 4 oz mascarpone cheese, room temperature
- 4 oz heavy cream, whipped
- 1 tablespoon Fustini's Cara Cara Vanilla balsamic
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 3 oz chocolate spread (like Nutella)
- 1 tablespoon Fustini's Espresso Bean balsamic
- coffee/espresso as needed
- pinch Kosher salt
- 1 chocolate cake mix
- 3 eggs, large
- 1/4 cup Fustini's Espresso Bean balsamic
- 1 cup coffee
- 1/2 cup Fustini's Blood Orange olive oil

Directions
- In a small bowl mix together mascarpone cheese and balsamic. Fold in whipped heavy cream and add powdered sugar. Reserve for later use.
- In a small bowl, mix all ingredients until desired consistency is reached. Reserve for later use.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Spray the cake pan of the desired size with pan spray and pour in the chocolate cake mix. Bake in the oven until the cake springs back to touch or a toothpick that is inserted into the cake comes out clean. Reserve for later use.
- To assemble, layer cake, mascarpone and sauce. Alternatively, for a 'deconstructed' look, scatter cubes of chocolate cake on a plate. Pipe cheese by each cube and drizzle with chocolate sauce.
