Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves- roughly chopped
- Juice from 1 lemon, about 2 tablespoons
- 2 tablespoons Fustini's Medium SELECT olive oil + some for serving
- block feta- crumbled
- 1/3 cup plain whole milk Greek yogurt
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons Olive Bruschetta Spread

- In a food processor or blender, blend lemon juice and garlic until all garlic is very finely chopped. Let rest for 15 minutes (make sure you scrape down the sides of the food processor, so all the garlic is resting in the lemon juice).
- Add feta, olive oil, yogurt, and cream cheese and blend until mostly smooth. Put into a bowl for serving. Top with the olive bruschetta and another drizzle of select olive oil. Serve with pita chips or crackers.
