Ingredients
- 2 cups Mesa
- 1 1/2+ cup water
- 2 teaspoons Fustini's Persian Lime olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- Combine corn flour with water and mix thoroughly. Add additional water, by the teaspoon if dough seems too dry. Divide dough into 19 balls that are approximately 1 ounce each. Cover with a damp cloth to keep dough soft and moist.
- Line a tortilla press with 2 sheets of thick plastic wrap. Place a dough ball between the two sheets and press until the diameter is approximately 5".
- Heat a skillet or griddle on medium high heat. Carefully peal off tortilla from plastic wrap. Cook each tortilla for 30 seconds on each side, turning 3 times. Remove from heat and place under a cloth napkin to keep warm. Repeat with additional dough balls until all are cooked. Enjoy with your favorite recipe that uses tortillas.
