Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Fustini's Delicate SELECT olive oil
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 small shallot, minced
- 1/4 cup carrot, grated
- 4 green onions, sliced thin
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon Fustini's Ginger and Honey balsamic
- 8 ounces lump crab
- salt and pepper
- Wonton Wrappers
- egg white, beaten
- avocado or grapeseed oil
- 3/4 cup Tamari or Soy Sauce
- 3 tablespoons Fustini's Toasted Sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons of rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Fustini's Ginger and Honey balsamic
- 2 teaspoons ginger, minced
- 3 scallions, sliced thin

Directions
- Heat avocado or grapeseed oil in a medium-size skillet over low heat. Once hot, add ginger, shallot, carrot, green onion, cilantro and cook, stirring constantly for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. Place mayonnaise in a bowl with cooked vegetables and stir in vinegar. Fold in crab meat and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the wrapper on the work surface. Place a dollop of filling in the center being careful to not overfill. Brush edges with beaten egg white, fold in half to make a triangle. Press edges together to seal then press the ends of the triangle together to make a wonton. Bring oil to 350 degrees and fry the wonton in batches until golden brown and hot.
- Whisk all together.
