Frito Corn Salad

Ingredients
- 15-18 oz corn (canned & drained or frozen & thawed)
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Fustini's Jalapeño Lime balsamic
- 1 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
- 10 oz bag Frito corn chips

Directions
- In a large bowl, combine all but the corn chips and chill until ready to serve. Toss in the desired amount of corn chips, stir well and serve.
Recipe Note
For more color, use both red and green bell peppers. Adapted from food.com
