If you're feeling extra adventurous, add a handful of fresh minced cilantro to your fruit salad! It's a fun and traditional flavor pairing with starchy, crisp jicama root.
Ingredients
-
1 quart strawberries, cut in half or quartered if large
-
1 pint blueberries
-
1 pint blackberries
-
2-3 kiwi, sliced
-
1 ripe mango, chopped
-
1 small jicama root, peeled and cut into matchsticks
-
¼ cup 12 Year White balsamic vinegar
Directions
Wash and dry all produce before cutting as needed into bite-sized pieces.
Combine your fruit just before serving (you can cut ahead of time but keep your fruit separate in a sealed container).
Drizzle the balsamic over your fruit and enjoy!
