• 1/2 cup small cherry or teardrop-shaped tomatoes
• 1 cup fresh mozzarella (small balls or cut a larger ball into 1-inch cubes)
• 1 cup pitted good black olives or kalamatas (or both)
• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
• 1 tablespoon minced fresh garlic
• 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
• 2 tablespoons Fustini's Sherry vinegar
• 1/4 cup Fustini's Meyer Lemon olive oil
• salt and pepper to taste
