Ingredients
- 1 8-ounce package of cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Fustini's Tuscan Spice blend
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1/2 cups prepared hummus
- 1 cup cucumber, chopped
- 1 cup tomato, chopped
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives or Garlic stuffed olives, chopped
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/3 cup green onion, chopped
- Fustini's Garlic olive oil
- 1 bag of pita chips

- Beat cream cheese, lemon juice, Tuscan Spice blend and garlic with an electric mixer or food processor until smooth and combined.
- Spread mixture in a deep 9" pie plate or serving dish. Evenly spread hummus over the cream cheese mixture. Top with cucumber, tomato, olives, feta cheese and green onion. Lightly drizzle Garlic olive oil on top. Cover and refrigerate 2-24 hours. Serve with pita chips.
