Grilled BBQ Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
- 2-4 pork tenderloins
- ¼ cup Fustini’s Michigan Apple Vinegar
- ½ cup Chili Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Fustini’s Garlic Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons onions, diced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Kosher salt and black pepper

- In a small saucepan, add Fustini&rsquo,s Garlic Oil and onions and begin to sweat. Once the mixture has cooked for about 5 minutes, add Fustini&rsquo,s Michigan Apple Vinegar and begin to reduce. Add chili sauce and reduce heat. Allow mixture to simmer for about 15 minutes to develop flavor. Season with cinnamon, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.
- Season pork tenderloin with salt and pepper on both sides and place on grill. Sear both sides of the pork and continue to cook. When pork is almost finished brush BBQ sauce onto pork tenderloin. Finish cooking until the pork has reached an internal temperature of 145 degrees F. Serve immediately.
