- 1/3 cup Fustini's Sicilian Lemon balsamic
- 1/2 cup Fustini's Tuscan Herb olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 romaine hearts, cut lengthwise

- Combine first 5 ingredients to make the vinaigrette dressing Grill Romaine, cut side down until grill marks appear. Remove from heat and drizzle with dressing.
