Ingredients
- 1 pineapple peeled, cored, and sliced
- 1/8 cup Fustini's Iron Fish Honey vinegar
- 1/8 cup Fustini's Blood Orange olive oil
- ½ cup pistachio nuts, crushed
- Greek yogurt
- honey (for finishing)

- In a gallon ziplock bag, combine pineapple, oil and vinegar. Shake to coat pineapple well. Let rest at least 10 minutes. On a pre-heated grill, place pineapple slices and grill until char marks appear (about 3-5 minutes). Repeat on the other side. In a small dish, place ¼, cup of yogurt. Then top with grilled pineapple and pistachios. Finish with a drizzle of honey.
