Ingredients
- 6 tuna steaks - 4-6 ounces each
- salt and pepper
- 2 cups arugula
Blue Cheese Aioli
- 3 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese

2 teaspoons Fustini’s 12 Year White Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- splash Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper
Directions
Blue Cheese Aioli
- Mix all ingredients together.
Grilled Tuna
Preheat a hot grill. Rub Fustini’s Robust SELECT olive oil all over tuna steaks and season with salt and pepper. Grill tuna steaks 2 minutes on each side, or until outside is seared and inside is just warmed but still red or pink. Remove from grill and cut into strips against the grain. Divide arugula between serving plates. Lay grilled tuna slices on top of arugula and drizzle with Blue Cheese Aioli.
