Ingredients
- 1/2 onion finely diced
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Fustini's Butter olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Fustini's 18 Year balsamic
- 1-1/2 cups diced ham
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Provolone cheese
- 2 teaspoons chives

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Heat the olive oil in a medium oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Stir in the onions and continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until onions are soft and golden. Lower the heat and add 1 tablespoon Fustini's balsamic, using a wooden spoon to scrape the bits off the bottom of the pan.
- Add the cream cheese to the skillet and stir until very soft and beginning to melt. Add the remaining ingredients and, with the heat still on low, continue stirring until everything is well combined. Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese has fully melted. Serve with crackers, chips, or small slices of bread.
