Homemade Pita Chips & Hummus

- 1 package pita pockets
- ¼ cup Herbs de Provence Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic salt
- 1 can of chickpeas
- 1 ½ tablespoons Fustini’s Gremolata Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup water *
- Garlic powder, to taste

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brush each side of the triangles with Fustini&rsquo,s Herbs de Provence Olive Oil, then sprinkle pita with garlic salt. Cut pita bread into 4 triangles. Bake for about 15 - 20 minutes, or until light brown.
- Drain chickpeas, combine with Fustini&rsquo,s Gremolata Olive Oil, garlic powder, and 1/8 cup of water in your food processor. Puree until smooth, continue adding water* (up to 1/4 cup) until it reaches your desired consistency. *Add some Fustini&rsquo,s Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar in place of part of the water for a brighter flavor

This would also be great with parmesan cheese!
