Honey Goat Cheese with Fig Crostini

- 6 oz goat cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon Fustini's Ginger & Honey vinegar
- 10 figs, chopped
- 2 oz bacon crumbles
- 2 tablespoons pistachios, chopped fine
- Baguette slices (about 16)

- Toast the baguette slices slightly. In a medium bowl, soften the goat cheese and cream cheese, mix with honey, Ginger Honey vinegar, chopped figs, and bacon crumbles. Spread each toasted baguette slice with the goat cheese mixture and top with the pistachios and serve.
