Ingredients
- 1 pound green beans, stems ends trimmed
- 3 garlic cloves, sliced thin

2 tablespoons Fustini's Garlic olive oil

1 teaspoon Fustini's 12 Year White balsamic
- salt and pepper to taste
- fresh Italian parsley, finely chopped

Directions
- Cook green beans in boiling, salted water for about 5 minutes. Drain well. In a skillet over medium-low heat sauté, garlic in Fustini's Garlic olive oil 4-5 minutes, being careful not to burn. Remove garlic and reserve. Add green beans to the pan and increase heat to medium-high. Sauté, until they begin to take on a little color. Return garlic to the pan and add 12 Year white balsamic. Bring to a boil. Pour beans, garlic and sauce into a warmed plate and season to taste with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh parsley.
