Ingredients
- 1 lb. cooked fusilli pasta
- 8 oz. mozzarella balls, halved
- 4 oz. salami, quartered
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup pitted black olives, sliced
- 1/3 cup Fustini's Garlic olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons Fustini's Sicilian Lemon balsamic
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 2 teaspoons Fustini's Tuscan Spice blend
- pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
- Kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper

- In a large bowl, toss pasta, mozzarella, salami, artichokes, tomatoes, and olives.
- In a jar, combine oil, garlic, vinegar, parsley, seasoning, and red pepper. Secure with a lid, then shake to combine, season with salt and black pepper. Pour dressing over pasta salad and toss to combine.
Recipe Note
Take to your next summer potluck, picnic or outing. For more zip in the dressing, add a little or substitute for the Vinoso red wine vinegar. Adapted from delish.com
