Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons dark rum
- 2 tablespoons water
- ½ cup Fustini's Jalapeno Lime balsamic
- 1 bunch green onions chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, peeled, chopped
- 1 or 2 tablespoons Fustini's Chipotle olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Fustini's Persian Lime olive oil
- 4 teaspoons ground allspice
- 2 tablespoons fresh ginger or 4 teaspoons ground ginger
- 4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 2 teaspoons dark brown sugar
- 2/3 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- ¼ cup fresh lime juice
- 3-4 lbs. chicken thighs and legs

Directions
- Put all ingredients into a blender except lime juice and chicken. Blend until smooth. Place chicken in the large zipper bag(s). Add lime juice. Add marinade (leave some for dipping if you choose). Refrigerate until ready to cook (at least 1 hour).
- Take chicken out of the refrigerator 45 minutes prior to grilling. On medium grill heat, cook chicken for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Chicken can be served with reserved sauce (marinade) if you choose.
