- 10-12 ounces fresh kale
- 1-1 1/2 tablespoons Fustini's Gremolata olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh grated parmesan

- Preheat the air fryer to 300 degrees. Break up kale leaves into 2" pieces and place in a bowl. Add olive oil to kale, massaging with your hands to cover the entire leaf, season with salt and pepper. Add kale to the fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes. Toss kale and cook an additional 2-3 minutes. Add parmesan and continue cooking for 1-2 minutes until cheese is melted and chips are crisp.
