Lobster Tail with Orange Wasabi Aioli

- 3 each 6 oz lobster tails
- 1 tsp Fustini's Butter olive oil
- 1 Cup mayonnaise
- Zest and juice of 1/4 lemon
- Zest and juice of 1/4 lime
- Zest and juice of 1/4 orange
- 1-2 Tbsp wasabi
- 1 Tbsp Fustini's Cara Cara Vanilla balsamic vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp Fustini's Ginger and Honey balsamic vinegar
- Pinch salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bring 2 quarts water to boil. Boil lobster tails until fully cooked, 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from water and let cool.
- Cut in half, brush with Fustini&rsquo,s Butter olive oil and bake halves until golden brown. Combine mayo, zest and juice, wasabi, both vinegars, garlic and salt. Spoon the Aioli over the top and serve. (Pictured with a side of beef tenderloin).
