Low-Sodium Salad Dressing

Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons of minced shallot or garlic
- ¼ cup of Fustini's Apple Cider Vinegar
- ½ cup of Fustini's Delicate SELECT olive oil
- 1-2 teaspoons low sodium Dijon mustard (Acadia Brand has a lower sodium Dijon Mustard or a low sodium stone mustard)
- 2 teaspoons fresh ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons Mrs. Dash seasoning
- 1/3 cup maple syrup or honey

- Mix ingredients in a Bell Jar and shake thoroughly. The mustard will separate when you put it in the refrigerator so you will need to shake it up each time you use it.
Recipe Note
Feel free to substitute your favorite Fustini's olive oil or balsamic. This recipe is about 50-70mg sodium per serving. Adapted from Chef Eric Lundy.
