Ingredients
- 4 each 6-ounce salmon fillets – skinless and boneless
- Salt and pepper
- Maples Sriracha Glaze
- ¼ cup Fustini’s Maple balsamic
- 3 tablespoons Iron Fish Bourbon Maple Syrup
- 1 tablespoon – Farmstyle Sriracha

Directions
- Season the salmon with salt and pepper. Place the pan over high heat and let it get very hot. Place salmon fillet into a hot, dry pan and sear on one side for 6 to 8 minutes &ndash, or until brown and crusty. Carefully turn salmon fillet over in the pan and add several tablespoons of the Maple Sriracha glaze. Continue cooking until salmon is cooked and glaze has reduced to a sauce. Serve salmon with sauce poured over top. Garnish with orange peel and jasmine rice
- Bring the vinegar to a simmer in a small saucepan and cook over low heat until reduced by one third &ndash, 5-6 minutes. Remove from the heat and let cool slightly. Stir in the maple syrup and Sriracha and let cool completely.
