Mediterranean Crescent Pinwheels

Ingredients
- 2-3 tablespoons flour
- 2 8-count pkg refrigerated crescent rolls (sheets work great!)
- 2 tablespoons Fustini's Tuscan Herb olive oil
- 16 slices prosciutto
- 1 - 1 1/2 cups crumbled feta
- 1/2 cup Fustini's Olive Bruschetta Spread
- 3/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly flour the working surface and roll out the dough, pressing triangles together to form one large rectangle. Lay prosciutto on the dough. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, bruschetta spread and feta. Use half of the mixture on the first rectangle. Starting with a long side, roll up the dough and cut with a sharp knife into slices 1 1/2 -2" wide. Place each slice flat on a baking sheet. Repeat with the other dough. Bake 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.
