Melon and Prosciutto Caprese Skewers

- cantaloupe
- 12 fresh basil leaves
- medium mozzarella balls
- prosciutto
- Fustini's balsamic glaze
- 12 wooden skewers

- Using a melon baller, create 24 cantaloupe balls. Slice prosciutto into 2" squares. Create skewerers by starting with a melon ball, add a basil leaf, a mozzarella ball, prosciutto (folded like a ribbon) ending with another melon ball. Repeat until all skewers are done. Drizzle with balsamic glaze to finish.
