Ingredients
- 6 egg yolks
- 4 oz Moscato
- ¾ cup sugar
- Scraped seeds of ½ vanilla bean
- 2 cups raspberries, to serve
- Fustini's Cara Cara Vanilla balsamic

Directions
- Whisk yolks, Moscato, sugar and vanilla seeds in a bowl over a saucepan of gently simmering water until the mixture is doubled in volume and holds a ribbon (8-10 minutes). Spoon raspberries into bowls, spoon zabaglione on top, drizzle balsamic and serve.
