Muhammara Red Pepper, Walnut, and Pomegranate Dip

- 1/2 cup bread crumbs (preferably freshly toasted)
- 1 cup toasted walnuts (or toast your own)
- 1 (12-oz.) jar roasted red peppers, strained
- 2 tablespoons Fustini's SELECT Robust olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Fustini's Pomegranate balsamic
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sumac
- Kosher salt
- Pomegranate seeds, mixed vegetables, and toasted bread, for serving

- Add 1/2 cup bread crumbs to food processor along with walnuts, red peppers, oil, balsamic, lemon juice, and sumac and pulse until smooth. Season with kosher salt to taste. Transfer muhammara to a serving bowl. Top with pomegranate seeds. Serve with crudité,s alongside.
