Ingredients
- 1 baguette
- 2 tablespoons Fustini’s Basil Crush olive oil
- 4-6 oz feta or goat cheese
- 1-2 tablespoons Fustini's Tuscan spices
- 2 ripe tomatoes, diced
- 1-2 tablespoons fresh basil, chiffonade
- Fustini's Balsamic Glaze
- Salt and pepper, to taste

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice baguette into slices. Drizzle with olive oil and salt to taste. Bake 8-10 minutes until crostinis are toasted. Combine cream cheese and bruschetta spices and spread over slightly cooled crostinis. Top with diced tomato and basil chiffonade. Finish with a drizzle of Basil olive oil and garnish with balsamic glaze.
