Orange and Red Spinach Salad

Ingredients
- 5 oz fresh spinach
- 1⁄2 cup mandarin oranges, sliced in half and/or 1⁄4 cup dried cranberries
- 1⁄4 cup sliced red onion
- 2 tablespoons sliced almonds or chopped walnuts
- 3 tablespoons Fustini's Blood Orange olive oil
- 3 tablespoons Fustini's Raspberry balsamic vinegar

Directions
- Place the spinach in a large bowl and add fruit. Whisk together the Fustini's olive oil and vinegar and pour over salad, tossing thoroughly to mix, sprinkle with red onion and nuts before serving.
