Ingredients
- 1 cup tomatoes, medium dice
- 1/4 cup cucumber, small dice
- 1/4 red onion, minced
- 2 tablespoons red pepper, minced
- 1 teaspoon basil, chiffonade
- 1 teaspoon parsley, leaves
- 1 tablespoon green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon chives, 1-inch slice
- 1/4 cup mozzarella pearls, fresh
- 1 tablespoon Fustini's Sicilian Lemon balsamic
- 2 tablespoons Fustini’s Garlic olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons black pepper, ground
- As needed, toasted baguette, sliced

Directions
- Gather all mise en place. In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients besides oil, vinegar and seasoning and mix thoroughly. When ready to serve, add the remaining ingredients and season with salt and pepper. Serve salad over toasted baguette or cut baguette and mix into the salad and serve.
