Ingredients
- 1 lb. any small pasta (Ziti pictured)
- 1/4 cup Fustini's infused olive oil- try Garlic, Pesto, or Tuscan Herb
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan
- 1 teaspoon Fustini's Tuscan Spice Blend
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Savori Marinara, for serving

Directions
- In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta until al dente, according to the instructions on the bag. Drain pasta and toss in a large bowl with olive oil, Parmesan, and Tuscan Spice Blend.
- Working in batches, place in basket of air fryer and cook at 400°, until golden and crispy, about 8 to 10 minutes, tossing halfway through. Spread onto a baking sheet to cool completely.
- Finish with salt and pepper, and serve with warm marinara.
