Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Fustini's Garlic Olive Oil
- ½ bunch of asparagus, sliced
- 1-pint green peas
- 1 cup broccoli, cut into very small florets
- 1 bunch of scallions, sliced
- 1 cup grated parmesan
- 2/3 cup Crème Fraiche or cream
- 1 lb cooked pasta
- 1 teaspoon Fustini's Pyramid Flake sea salt

- Heat garlic oil in a pan over medium heat, add asparagus, peas, broccoli, and scallion and sauté, for 5 minutes until crisp tender.
- Add cooked pasta to the pan followed by the parmesan and crè,me fraiche.
- Toss to coat the pasta and vegetables, plate, and finish with the Pyramid Flake sea salt.
